Kanebo’s KATE Mineral UV Gel Base is a skin-friendly Japanese makeup base that doubles as a sunscreen targeting girls in their late teens and early 20s.
The clear gel is formulated with “Double-Effect Mineral Powder”, mineral powder (as zinc oxide) coated with agar, to diminish appearance of pores and protect skin by reducing friction. It also contains a blend of natural oils to moisturize skin. It “protects skin from from dryness and UV rays, and keeps it beautiful with just a single application.”
